This website is static and designed according to the principle of data minimisation: it does not collect visitors' personal data.

• Browsing. The website uses no analytics, tracking or profiling tools, and no third-party scripts or resources: stylesheets, scripts and images are hosted together with the site. The web server records only the minimal technical logs needed for the security and proper operation of the service, retained for the time strictly necessary.
• Contact form. The form on the Contact page is being activated: at the moment it does not send anything and does not store any data, either on the server or in the browser.
• Virtual assistant. The "Differen Assistant" widget uses no cookies and no browser storage. At the moment it operates in demonstration mode and does not transmit questions to any service. Once activated, the questions typed will be processed for the sole purpose of generating the answer: for this reason we ask visitors not to enter personal data, their own or of third parties, in the conversations.

This website uses no cookies of any kind — neither technical, nor analytical, nor profiling cookies — and does not use localStorage or any other form of browser storage. This is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to. Should the final website ever introduce tools that require consent, this notice will be updated before they are activated.

Pursuant to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform visitors that this website includes the Differen Assistant, a conversational virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence systems.

• When interacting with the widget you are talking to an automated system, not to a person.
• The generated answers may contain errors or inaccuracies: relevant information should always be verified through the group's official channels.
• We ask visitors not to enter personal data, their own or of third parties, or confidential information in the conversations.
• At the moment the assistant operates in demonstration mode: it replies with a predefined message and does not process questions with artificial intelligence systems.

The website uses no other artificial intelligence systems directed at visitors: no profiling, no automated decision-making.

The website is designed according to WCAG 2.1 level AA principles: semantic structure, full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, alternative text for images, adaptive content and respect for the reduced-motion preference. Conformity is reviewed periodically and whenever substantial changes are made. Any difficulty in accessing the content can be reported to privacy@differen.it.

The website's public pages allow indexing by search engines. Restricted areas and application services apply separate access and indexing rules.
